XyloPlan is a wildfire analytics platform that unites fire agencies, developers, and insurers around clear, science-backed strategies to reduce risk and sustain insurability. Our scenario-based Fire Pathways modeling simulates how wildfire moves from the wildlands into the built environment, allowing leaders to identify and disrupt the routes that most quickly carry fire toward homes, infrastructure, and other values at risk.
